2011 SEA KAYAK EXPEDITION
In 2011, after 16 months of planning, we undertook what may be the most extensive sea kayak expedition ever completed in Vanuatu. This is an isolated island nation in the South Pacific made up of 83 islands. The images here represent a small sample of our profound natural and cultural experience. Our hearts will always remain with the incredibly warm and generous native people that took us into their villages. We landed in their villages unannounced and yet they generously shared with us their food, water, ancient customs, and their views of the world thus leaving an indelible fingerprint on our lives.
